Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To make a return, a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

All returns must be approved by our customer service before shipping. Packages returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or content
  • Certain health or personal care items

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned in a condition other than the original
  • Items damaged or incomplete for a reason not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or refused.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card issuer.
  • Then contact your bank, as processing time may be required.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items may not be eligible for refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace an item with the same product, contact us:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number for all returns.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
