Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During periods of high demand or promotions, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship to multiple countries and are regularly testing new markets. Estimated transit times after dispatch are:

  • European Union & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Greater Europe (EEA / Non-EU): 7–12 business days
  • North America: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 8–15 business days

Remote or Hard-to-Reach Regions: delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to reflect after shipment.

Delivery Attempts & Pickup Window
If the carrier cannot complete delivery, the package may be available for pickup at a local drop-off point. Please collect it within 7 days of notification to prevent it from being returned to sender.

Address Changes
We can update the shipping address within 6 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been prepared. Contact us immediately at support@urbanor.co.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Certain destinations may incur import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.

Shipping Costs & Priority Processing
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We offer Priority Processing as an optional upgrade; priority orders receive expedited handling before standard orders.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund. For assistance with delays or tracking issues, contact us at support@urbanor.co.

Returned to Sender / Insufficient Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or not collected within the carrier's timeframe, we can offer free reshipment to a corrected address or a store credit for the order value. Email us at support@urbanor.co to coordinate.

Split Shipments
To expedite delivery, items within the same order may be shipped separately with different tracking numbers.
